In my first year of college, I needed to lose body fat. Although I succeeded, I wasted a great deal of time on trial and error. Since that time, I devoted my education to Exercise Science. I learned about individualization, program design, and nutrition, then applied it to client training since the late 90s. Today, I continue modern evolutions and iterations of these practices to help you save time, money, and frustration in reaching your fitness goals.

I created a 1-on-1 coaching program for people over 40. The emphasis is uniquely meeting your interests and needs based on your experiences, knowledge, access to equipment, and preferences. Whether you are getting started on your health and fitness journey, have been side-tracked by life events, or want to take your fitness to the next level, I have a virtual coaching option that will work for you.

I build you a fitness program that incorporates individualized resistance training and cardio.

Most of us make poor choices with nutrition that causes brain fog, low energy, poor motivation, and physical fatigue.

I teach you when, what, and how much fuel you need to put into your body.

Flexibility

 

Many of us sit more than ever which leads to unnecessary aches, pains, or injuries.

I teach you what flexibility techniques will work for you and provide an individualized plan to fit them in during the day.

Corey Grenz, MS has been in the fitness industry since 1995.  He earned BS and MS degrees in Exercise Science and Nutrition, as well as certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFFA), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  Corey also believes in leading by example, as he lost 80+ pounds, kept it off for 20+ years, and earned a Physique Pro Card.

While Corey helps many families with fitness, weight loss, and physique, his primary clientele are men who are over 40 with interest in nutrition and fitness to look, feel, and perform better.  Corey partners with clients to focus on efficient and individually customized plan.
